Good To Go Safety Status Tag

• Status tag attaches to all types of workplace equipment and is used to advise employees when the equipment is Good to Go following a pre-use inspection
• Manufactured from tough, durable and weather resistant polypropylene
• Size 120mm(h) x 52mm(w) x 13mm(d)
• Channeled base allows a flush fitting onto scaffold tubes and is also pre-drilled giving it multiple fixing options including screws, cable ties or adhesive
• Highly visible yellow design ensures staff are reminded to complete pre-use checks
• Once a checklist is completed it should be placed inside the tag to show the current status - either Good to Go or Do Not Use
• When tag is empty the window displays a 'Do Not Use' message
