• Help control pre-shift inspections and maintenance of forklift trucks
• Permanently fix the holder to your forklift using cable ties, screws or adhesive
• Kit contains: 2 ABS Holders (260mm x 153mm), 10 Polypropylene Inserts (193mm x 144mm) and a pen
• Each holder displays a prohibition notice, visible when there are no inserts in place - Message reads: DO NOT USE UNITL DAILY CHECK HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT OR FORKLIFT TRUCK REPAIRED
• Inserts are double sided. Oneside shows a checklist for reference while the other allows up to 32 inspection records
• Replacement inserts available (see below)
